Top Five 2/17/12

Top Five 2/17/12
Bundle Up
Fun Fact: PPQ, founded in 1992, also happens to run a record label, 1-2-3-4 Records, in the UK and recently began a collaboration with Rule Style Bikes, which they featured in their Fall 2012 show. Pretty cool....
Seasonal Style
The identical twin duo, Annette and Daniela Felder placed the audience in the middle of an autumn forest with their wildly printed gowns.  Felder Felder also featured gold trimmed platforms and chic coats in the collection.
Lavender Fields
The overall theme of this season's line was very gothic but the bursts of purple made, Jean-Pierre Braganza soft around the edges.  Color blocking was another feature of the line and seems to be a trend for this season.
Pink Lady
Emilia Wickstead had some beautiful red and pink hues in her collection.  After founding her own line in 2008, Wickstead has been reinventing couture by making it fresh, contemporary and available to all.
Geeky Chic-y
Being one of the original designers of London Fashion Week, it is only fitting that Caroline Charles is part of the Top Five for LFW.  The designer began her career in the 60's dressing celebrities such as Mick Jagger, Ringo Starr and later Princess Diana of Wales.
